If you try to log in and see “User doesn’t have any active account”, it usually means:
You closed your previous account, or
It was closed due to inactivity over time.
How to Fix It & Start Trading Again
1. You don’t need a new portal login
Even if your account closed, your same login still works.
2. Re-enable your portal
Go to the portal and use Live Chat.
Choose Department > Client Portal
Ask them to re-enable your existing client portal user.
3. Start a new application
After reactivating, log in again.
Click “Start New Application” on the portal home screen.
Follow the same steps as before to open your new live account and begin trading.
Please note: If your original account has been closed for any reason, you’ll need to follow the steps above and click “Start New Application” to receive a new, active account number before you can fund it and resume trading.
