A customer who has closed their accounts or had their account closed due to inactivity, will see the following when logging into the customer portal:
If you want to start trading again, you will not need to register a new portal user.
You will open a live chat with us > Select Department > Client Portal > request to re-enable your existing client portal user.
Once re-enabled, you will be able to log into the portal again and click “Start New Application” to begin the new application:
Please note: If your original account is closed for any reason, you will nee to follow the steps above and "Start New Application" to get a new, current account number to fund and begin trading again.
