Please follow the steps below to update your official address. Your new address will be displayed on your statements and year-end tax documents.
To update your official address with AMP Futures, follow these steps:

Log into Your AMP Client Portal:

Visit the AMP Client Portal Login.

Enter your username and password to access your account.

Navigate to Profile Settings:

Once logged in, click on the "Profile" menu.

Select "Edit Profile" from the dropdown options.

3. Initiate Address Change:
- Click the "Change Address" button located below the save option. (example below)
4. Update Address Details:

A window will appear displaying your current address information.

Update the necessary fields with your new address details.
Note: The address that pre-populates is the current address on file. If any information needs to be changed, please update the address information and provide a utility bill for proof of address.
5. Provide Proof of Address:

Click on "Select file" next to the "Utility Bill / Address proof" field to upload a document that verifies your new address.

Accepted Proof of Address Documents:

Utility bills (e.g., electricity, water, cable TV, internet, garbage disposal) dated within the last 90 days. Note: Cell phone bills are not acceptable.

National Health Services card (if issued by a sovereign government).

Rental agreement.
-
Property tax document.
-
Property ownership document.
-
Government-issued document.

Ensure the document shows your name and the new address.

6. Submit the Address Change Request:
- After completing the form and uploading the necessary document, click "Submit Change Request".
7. Await Confirmation:

AMP will review your request.

You will receive an email confirmation once the change is processed or if additional documents are required.

The new address will be reflected in your statements and year-end tax documents.
