First, log into your AMP client portal -https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login
Click Profile-Two Factor Authentication
You will see a section labeled "Reset recovery codes." Once the codes are generated, save them to a location where you can easily access them for future reference.
Now, whenever you log into your portal and don't have access to your mobile or change your mobile number, you can use the recovery codes to log in and update your information accordingly.
