To update your mobile number for two-factor authentication (2FA) in the AMP Client Portal, follow these steps:

Log into Your AMP Client Portal:
- Visit the AMP Client Portal Login.
- Enter your username and password to access your account.

Initiate Mobile Number Change:
- On the screen where you're prompted for the 2FA code, click on the "Change mobile number" option.

Provide Current and New Mobile Numbers:
- Enter your current mobile number in the designated field.
- Input your new mobile number in the appropriate field.

Verify Your Identity:
- Click on "Open web camera" to take a picture of yourself holding your ID.
- If you don't have a web camera, select "Open a webcam camera" If a message pops up stating "No web camera found - please upload a picture of you holding your ID," click "OK" Then, use the "Select File" option to upload a clear image of yourself holding your ID from another device.
Important Notes:
- Ensure the photo of you holding your ID is clear and legible to facilitate verification.
- This process helps maintain the security of your account by confirming your identity before updating sensitive information.
