Please proceed to log into your AMP Client portal here: https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login
- When you get to the screen where it asks for the 2FA code, you will see the option"Change mobile number." You can just select the option and follow the instructions accordingly.
- Enter your Current mobile number and New Mobile number.
- Then select "Open web camera" to take a picture of yourself holding your ID.
If you do not own a web camera, click "Open a webcam camera." Then you will see a message pop up "No web camera found - please upload a picture of you holding your ID" click ok to that message, and then you will see a "Please upload a picture of you holding your ID" and "Select File" option.
Now you can use any device that can produce a clear image of you holding your ID and upload that image to your PC to our system.
