How to activate a 2nd CQG user to connect to Multiple Platforms at the same time

​To connect to multiple CQG-compatible trading platforms simultaneously, you can activate a second CQG user for your AMP Futures account. Here's how:

1. Log into Your AMP Client Portal:

   • Visit the AMP Client Portal Login.​
   • Enter your username and password to access your account.​

2. Navigate to Live Trading Setup Requests:

   • Once logged in, click on the "Trade Desk" menu.​
   • Select "Live Trading Setup Requests" from the dropdown options.​

3. Initiate a New Setup Request:

   • Click the blue "New Live Trading Setup Request" button.​

4. Complete the Live Platform Setup Request Form:

   • In the "Request Type" section, choose "Additional user setup (new)".
   • Select "CQG" as your data feed provider.​
   • Check the boxes for the specific market data or exchanges you want to enable for the second CQG user.​

5. Submit the Request:

   • After completing the form, click "Submit" to finalize your request.​

Important Notes:

• Additional Costs: Activating a second CQG user incurs a $10 monthly fee, plus any applicable data fees for the selected exchanges. ​

• Simultaneous Platform Access: With a second CQG user, you can log into two CQG-compatible platforms at the same time using the same trading account.
