Use the steps below for your browser to clear site-specific cache/data only for AMP Client Portal (not your entire browser).
Google Chrome (Windows / Mac)
Method 1 (Most reliable): Clear site data from the lock icon
- Open Chrome and go to:
https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login - Click the lock icon (left of the address bar).
- Click Site settings.
- Click Clear data (or Delete data) for this site.
- Close the AMP Client Portal tab.
- Reopen a new tab and go back to:
https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login
Method 2: Remove the site via “All sites”
- Click ⋮ (top-right) → Settings
- Go to Privacy and security → Site settings
- Click View permissions and data stored across sites
- In the search box, type:
ampclientportal.com - Click the trash can / Remove next to the site
- Relaunch Chrome and revisit the login page
Microsoft Edge (Windows / Mac)
Method 1: Clear site data from the lock icon
- Open Edge and go to:
https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login - Click the lock icon (left of the address bar).
- Click Permissions for this site (or Site permissions).
- Find Clear data / Delete data and select it.
- Close the tab, then reopen the login page.

- Click Cookies and site permissions
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Click See all cookies and site data
- Search:
ampclientportal.com - Click Remove (trash icon)
- Restart Edge and revisit the login page
Mozilla Firefox (Windows / Mac)
Method 1: “Clear cookies and site data” for only this site
- Open Firefox and go to:
https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login - Click the lock icon (left of the address bar).
- Click Clear Cookies and Site Data…
- Confirm Remove
- Reload the page and try logging in again
Method 2: Remove site data from settings
- Click ☰ (top-right) → Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Data…
- Search:
ampclientportal.com - Select it → click Remove Selected
- Click Save Changes → Remove
- Close and reopen Firefox, then revisit the login page
Safari (Mac)
Safari does not offer a perfect “cache-only” per-site option like Chrome/Firefox. The closest solution is removing website data for only this site (which also clears cookies for that site).
- Open Safari
- Click Safari (top-left) → Settings (or Preferences)
- Go to Privacy
- Click Manage Website Data…
- In the search box, type:
ampclientportal.com - Select it → click Remove
- Click Done
- Close Safari completely, reopen, and go to:
https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login
After you clear the site-only cache/data
- Close all AMP Client Portal tabs
- Fully close and reopen your browser
- Go back to:
https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login
If you still have issues, try opening the link in an Incognito/Private window (this bypasses extensions and uses a clean session).
