Processing Times

• Wire Transfers:

  • Submit your request before 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) for same-day processing.

  • Funds are typically released from AMP's bank around 3:00 PM CST.

  • The time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account may vary based on your bank's processing times.

• ACH Transfers (U.S. Bank Accounts Only):

  • Requests made before 1:00 PM CST are generally processed the same day.

  • Funds usually take one business day to reach your bank account.

Note: Withdrawals are not processed on weekends or holidays.

After Submission

• Once AMP processes your withdrawal, you'll receive a confirmation via email and SMS.

• The withdrawal will also be reflected in your nightly AMP Statement.
