Deposits are processed multiple times throughout the day, but AMP Futures can only process the funds once they reach our bank account. We do not control the transfer process until the funds are posted.
There may be delays due to processing times from your bank or our bank before the deposit appears in AMP’s account. Once received, we process deposits as quickly as possible.
If you are expecting a deposit, please allow time for bank processing. If you have not received a confirmation by 4 PM CST, please open a support ticket with our Funds Department for assistance.
Deposits are processed on the following schedule:
- Wire Transfers: Batches processed throughout the day. Applied to Trading accounts intraday (available trading balance updated). As soon as the deposit is applied to your trading account, you will receive an email and SMS verification notice.
- ACH Deposits: After the 3-business day hold, they are applied to your nightly AMP Statement balance. Please review: ACH Deposit Timeline You will receive an email and SMS verification notice. You can also check the status of your ACH deposit here: How to check the status of your ACH deposit
- Check Deposits: After the 5-business day hold, they are applied to your nightly AMP Statement balance. You will receive an email and SMS verification notice.
Additional way to check if your deposit has been received by AMP Futures, follow these steps:
Accessing Deposit Status within your AMP Client Portal:
- Log in to your AMP Client Portal.
- Navigate to the "Treasury" section and select "Deposits / Withdrawals."
- Use the filter on the top right corner to verify the status of your deposit.
