How do I withdraw funds from my AMP account?

To withdraw funds from your AMP Futures account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your AMP Client Portal

• Use your username and password to access your account.

2. Navigate to the "Treasury" Section:

• Click on "Deposits / Withdrawals."
• Click the "New transaction request" button.
• Select "Withdrawals" to start a new request.

3. Choose Your Withdrawal Method:

• Options include:
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • ACH Transfer (for U.S. bank accounts only)

4. Enter Withdrawal Details:

• Specify the amount to withdraw.
• Provide necessary banking information.
• By default, funds are returned to the original bank account used for funding (Closed Loop policy). Withdrawals (Closed Loop)

5. Submit Your Request:

• Review and confirm the details.
• Submit the withdrawal request.

Processing Times:

• Bank Wires: Requests made before 1 PM CST are processed the same business day.
• ACH Transfers: Processed the same business day; bank processing times may vary.

Important Notes:

• Ensure sufficient funds are available in your account.
• Verify that your bank details are accurate to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals are not processed on weekends or holidays.
