If your withdrawal request from AMP Futures was rejected, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:

Invalid Banking Instructions:
- The bank details provided are incorrect or incomplete.

Insufficient Funds:
- The withdrawal amount exceeds your available account balance.
- You attempted to withdraw more than your beginning daily statement balance.

Margin Call Status:
- Your account is currently under a margin call, restricting withdrawals.

Pending Trade Settlements:
- Today's trades have not settled yet. Wait until your nightly AMP statement is processed, then resubmit your request.

Open Positions:
- Withdrawals can not be processed while you have open positions. Close them before making a withdrawal request.

Currency Mismatch:
- The currency selected for withdrawal doesn't match your account's currency balance.

Negative Currency Balance:

Closed Loop Banking Policy:
- AMP Futures requires withdrawals to be sent back to the original funding source. If your original bank account is no longer available, you'll need to provide supporting documents to verify the new bank account before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals (Closed Loop)
