How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

​At AMP Futures, the processing time for withdrawal requests depends on the method chosen and the time the request is submitted:​

Same-Day Processing Cut-Off Time:

• To have your withdrawal processed on the same day, ensure you submit your request by 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

Wire Withdrawals:

• Requests submitted before the 1:00 PM CST cut-off are typically processed and sent out the same day. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account may vary based on your bank's processing times.

ACH Withdrawals:

• Requests submitted before 1:00 PM CST are generally processed the same day. However, the funds usually take one business day to reach your bank account.

Notifications:

• Once AMP processes your withdrawal, you'll receive a confirmation via email and SMS. Additionally, the withdrawal will be reflected in your nightly AMP Statement.

Bank Processing Times:

• After AMP has processed and sent out your funds, the time it takes for them to be credited to your bank account depends on your bank's processing procedures, which are beyond AMP's control.

Recommendations:

• Plan Ahead: Submit your withdrawal requests before the 1:00 PM CST cut-off to ensure timely processing.​
