If you've received confirmation that your deposit was processed today but your AMP Client Portal still shows your previous balance, don't worry. The portal updates balances after the daily statement is generated, typically around midnight CST. This means your new deposit will reflect in your balance after the next statement cycle.
Why the Delay?
- Daily Statement Cycle: AMP generates account statements every evening. Balances in the Client Portal update based on these statements. Therefore, any deposit made today will appear in your balance after tonight's statement is processed.
What Should You Do?

Wait for the Update: Your balance should reflect the new deposit after the next statement is generated around midnight CST.

Check Back Tomorrow: Log in to your AMP Client Portal the following day to see your updated balance.
