In your AMP Client Portal, you can access and manage various aspects of your account through the following menu options:
Home: View completed and pending applications, continue unfinished applications, or start a new one.
Message Center: Receive all notifications specific to your account, such as deposit confirmations, bank account link approvals, and password reset alerts.
Document Center: Access your tax documents, account statements, and customer agreements.
Profile: View or edit your profile information, including email address and phone number. Manage two-factor authentication preferences (via SMS or Authenticator app), change your client portal password, and update your Know Your Customer (KYC) details.
Treasury: Handle all fund-related services and transactions, including:

Linking a bank account through PLAID for ACH transfers (U.S. customers only)

Submitting deposit or withdrawal requests

Viewing your account balance

Transferring funds between your AMP accounts

Requesting currency conversions

Initiating account closure requests

Adding new banks for wire withdrawals or brokers for fund transfers

Checking the status of personal check holds and ACH transfer holds

Accessing wire and check deposit instructions
Trade Desk: Create sub-accounts, submit live trading setup requests to add or change data subscriptions, and view your live trading credentials.
Start a New Application: Begin a new application process.
