When you make an ACH deposit to your AMP Futures account, here's what to expect:
1. Submitting Your ACH Deposit Request:

Log In: Access your account through the AMP Client Portal.

Request Deposit: Navigate to the "Treasury" section, select "Deposits / Withdrawals" and choose "New Transaction Request" to initiate an ACH deposit.

Daily Cutoff Time: Submit your request by 1 PM CST. Requests after this time will be processed the next business day.
2. Tracking Your Deposit Status:

ACH Holds: In the Client Portal, go to "Treasury" > "ACH Holds" to monitor your deposit status. How to check the status of your ACH deposit

Status Updates:
- Submitted to Treasury: Your request is awaiting review.
- Treasury Approved: Your request has been approved, and you'll receive a confirmation email titled "ACH Deposit Request Received – Confirmation." An "Available Date" will also be displayed, indicating the Trading Session Date your funds will be ready for trading.
- Released: Funds are now available in your trading account.
3. Processing Timeline (Starting the business day after your ACH Deposit has been requested and "Treasury Approved" in your AMP Client Portal):

Day 1: AMP initiates the withdrawal from your bank account.

Day 2: HOLD

Day 3: HOLD - until 4 PM CST.
On the third day, at 4 PM CST, the funds are released for processing. You'll receive an email titled "Deposit Received – Confirmation." The funds will processed on your nightly AMP statement and will be available to be used for trading in the next trading session, as indicated by the "Available Date"
Example Timeline (Assuming No Holidays):

Monday (Request Date): Client logins into AMP Client portal and request an ACH Deposit

Tuesday: AMP processes the withdrawal from your bank.

Wednesday: Funds on hold.

Thursday: Funds on hold until 4 PM CST. Funds become available for trading on Nightly AMP Statement Balance.
Please Note: The 3-business-day hold excludes weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
