Initiating an ACH deposit from within your AMP client portal goes through a series of steps. The first is the submission request, and our Treasury department has to review and approve it. Once approved, you will be notified, and your request will be in process for the funds to be drawn from your existing bank account. Once the funds hit the AMP account, we will email you a confirmation, and there is typically a three-day business hold before the funds are released. We will email you once again once those funds are available for trading.
You can check the progression of your ACH request from within the AMP Client portal.
Log in and click Treasury-Deposits / Withdrawals.
You can view deposit and withdrawal transactions in the "Select status "filter in the top right corner.
