Initiating an ACH deposit from within your AMP client portal involves several steps. The first is the submission request; our Treasury department must review and approve it. Once approved, you will be notified, and your request will be processed for the funds to be pulled from your existing bank account. Once the funds hit the AMP account, we will email you a confirmation, and there is typically a five-day business hold before the funds are released. We will email you once again once those funds are available for trading.
You can check the progression of your ACH request from within the AMP Client portal.
Log in, click "ACH holds," and look at the "Available date" column
You can also view the status of your ACH transfers in the "Select status "filter at the top right corner.
