AMP Futures offers ACH transfers through Plaid exclusively for U.S. Banks Only. If you're located outside the U.S., your request to link your bank account via Plaid will be declined. In this case, please use a wire transfer to fund your account.
For U.S. Customers:

Linking Your Bank Account via Plaid:
- Log in to the AMP Client Portal.
- Navigate to the "Treasury" section and select "Accounts"
- Click on "Link a New Bank Using Plaid" and follow the instructions to connect your bank account.

Submitting ACH Requests:
- Once your bank account is linked and approved, go to "Treasury" > "Deposits/Withdrawals"
- Click on "New Transaction Request" and choose either "Deposit" or "Withdrawal" to initiate an ACH transfer. Steps to fund your account using ACH
For International Customers:

Funding via Wire Transfer:
- Since Plaid is unavailable outside the U.S., please use wire transfers to fund your account.
