Why did my deposit not reflect in my account immediately?

The time it takes for your deposit to show up in your AMP Futures account depends on the method you used:

1. Wire Transfers:

• Processing Time: Typically processed the same business day they are received.
• Availability: Funds are available for trading as soon as processed.

2. ACH Deposits (Automated Clearing House):

• Processing Time: Once the funds reach AMP's account, there is a 3-business day hold before they're available for trading.  ACH Deposit Timeline
• Availability: Funds become available for trading after the hold period (processed on your AMP Statement balance once released).

3. Check Deposits:

• Processing Time: All checks will be held for 5-business days to clear.
• Availability: Funds are available for trading after the clearance period. (processed on your AMP Statement balance once released)

As soon as your funds post to your AMP account, you will receive an automated email and SMS confirmation.
