To update your Know Your Customer (KYC) information with AMP Futures, follow these steps:

Log into Your AMP Client Portal:

Visit the AMP Client Portal Login.

Enter your username and password to access your account.

Access the KYC Update Request Form:

Once logged in, navigate to the "Profile" section.

Click on "KYC Update Request".

3. Select the Account to Update:

On the right side panel, you'll see a list of your trading accounts with AMP Futures.

Choose the account you wish to update.

Note: If you have multiple accounts (e.g., Individual, IRA, Joint, LLC, Corporate, Trust, Partnership), you'll need to submit separate KYC update requests for each.
4. Complete the KYC Update Form:

After selecting an account, the KYC update form will appear.

If there are no changes to your information, select "No changes" and click "Submit".
If you need to make changes:

Check the boxes corresponding to the information you wish to update (e.g., personal address, contact details).

Some selections may prompt you to upload supporting documents. For example, updating your address will require proof of the new address.
For example, if you select "Did your personal address change?" an "Address change request" form will populate. Make sure to provide the required documents via upload.
5. Submit the Form:
- After making the necessary updates and attaching any required documents, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
