When logging into your AMP client portal, you will be directed to the "KYC Update request" section in your "Profile."
On the right side panel, you can select all the trading accounts you have opened with AMP Futures; simply choose your account to populate the KYC update request form. Please remember that you will need to submit one form for your individual accounts (Individual, IRA, Joint) and a separate form for each entity account (LLC, Corporate, Trust, Partnership), if applicable.
Once you have selected the account, the KYC update request form will populate at this point. You can just pick what applies to you. If "No changes," choose this option, and everything else will automatically be disabled. Simply hit "Submit."
However, if you need to make any changes, please select the appropriate selections that apply to you. Some of the checkboxes will prompt you to update documents to validate the changes you are submitting. For example, if you select "Did your personal address change?" an "Address change request" form will populate. Make sure to provide the required documents via upload.
Once you have made all selections that apply to you, simply hit the "Submit" button at the bottom.
