How do I close my AMP Futures trading account?

To submit a request to close your AMP Futures trading account formally, you will need to first have a $0 balance in the account; please take a look at the withdrawal steps if you need to withdraw the balance on the account.

Once your balance is $0, you can then follow these steps to submit a formal request to close your account.

First, log into your AMP client portal - https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login. 

Once logged into the portal, click Treasury-Close account requests, then click the blue button "Request close account."

IMPORTANT: As you know, there is a mandatory 7-day wait period after the request submission before the account can be closed.

Simply choose the "Trading account" you wish to close and select "Submit."
