How to Clear the Hold
- Log into the AMP Client Portal
- Click Home to find your application status.
- Look for "Add documents" Button
- If it’s there, AMP needs more documents to proceed.
- Upload the Requested Documents
- Click the button and follow the steps to upload each file.
- Final Review
- Once everything’s provided, your application will switch to “Under Review.”
- AMP will send you an email and SMS you when it's fully approved.
