Your data could have been disabled for two reasons:
- To maintain a live connection, you must maintain the account balance to a minimum of $100 .
- You did not log in during the month, so we disabled the data to avoid any billing/fees for the next month since you are not logging in.
If reason 1, please deposit to bring your account balance above $100. You will receive an email to re-enable your Live Trading Data.
If reason 2, - Follow the steps below.
To Activate/change/disable data feed subscriptions for your AMP account, please log into your AMP client portal -https://www.ampclientportal.com/Identity/Account/Login.
Once logged in, click the"Trade Desk "menu and select"Live Trading setup requests," then click the blue"New Live Trading Setup request" button.
Complete the"Live Platform Setup Request Form" and select your options accordingly.
So that you know, the selections you select on the form will match exactly what we enable for you.
