The minimum Service Fee is not in addition to the Minimum Transaction fee.

 

Additionally, Users who have an active market data entitlement will be subject to the $100 minimum Service Fee, regardless of login. The $300 (Standard) and $600 (Pro) Minimum Transaction fee are inclusive of the $100 login fee, and the minimum transaction fees only trigger after the first fill.

 

For users under the Subscription model, the minimum fee triggers are similar. If the user simply logs in for the month and does not execute a trade, he/she would only be charged the $100 minimum service fee. After the first fill, the Subscription monthly rate of $800 (Standard) or $1750 (Pro) kicks in. Again, this rate includes the $100 minimum service fee; it is not an additional fee.
