The minimum Service Fee is not in addition to the Minimum Transaction fee.

 

The $75 minimum Service Fee would trigger upon first TT login on the month. The $150 (Standard) and $500 (Pro) Minimum Transaction fee are inclusive of the $75 login fee, and the minimum transaction fees only trigger after the first fill.

 

For users under the Subscription model, the minimum fee triggers are similar. If the user simply logs in for the month and does not execute a trade, he/she would only be charged the $75 minimum service fee. After the first fill, the Subscription monthly rate of $735 (Standard) or $1575 (Pro) kicks in. Again, this rate includes the $75 minimum service fee; it is not an additional fee.
