AMP Global Clearing, LLC (“AMP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers an SMS messaging service that provides timely updates related to your account, trading activity, and other important information. By opting in to this service, you agree to the terms outlined in this article.

Program Description

When you opt in to AMP SMS messages, you may receive:

• Client Notices
• Important Trading Notices
• Margin changes, market holiday schedules, or trading interruptions
• Educational, promotions and marketing messages (if applicable)

Message frequency may vary based on account activity or your preferences. 

Opt-In & Consent

By entering your phone number and confirming your subscription, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from AMP, which may be sent via automated systems.

If your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list, opting in overrides that restriction for AMP SMS only.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:  STOP

After doing so, you’ll receive a confirmation and will no longer receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Message & Data Rates
