How do I cancel a recurring fee on my account?

To cancel a recurring fee on your AMP Futures account, such as market data subscriptions, follow these steps:

1. Log into the AMP Client Portal:

   • Visit www.ampclientportal.com.
   • Enter your username and password.

2. Access the Data Feed Management Section:

   • Once logged in, navigate to the "Live Platform Setup Request Form".
   • For the request type, select "Disable all data".

3. Submit the Request:

   • Ensure you've selected the correct option to disable your data subscriptions.
   • Submit the form.

Important Note: To avoid charges for the upcoming month, make sure to disable your data before the last business day of the current month, prior to 4 p.m. CST.
