This situation usually happens if the applicant already has an account with us or the system recognizes that the applicant previously applied for an account at AMP. Did you apply for an account here previously, or do you have an account with AMP?
If you already have an account, please let us know the reason for the additional account. If you have applied before, please email newaccounts@ampclearing.com and provide a reason for the second application. If you are applying a second time because AMP asked you to re-do the application or open a new account, please mention that along with the reason. If you need a second account because MT5 does not allow sub-accounts, please mention that. Please send this email using the same email address you used on the application.
