In case of my death, how would AMP handle my funds?

Here’s what to expect if an AMP Futures account holder dies:

1. Give Us the Right Papers

   • Send a copy of the death certificate

   • Provide legal documents from a probate court (judge's order)

   • Provide ID for the person who will receive the funds (the beneficiary)

2. Keep the Original Bank Account Open
   Please do not close the bank account that received deposited funds.  This is where AMP will return the money.

3. We Send Money Back to the Same Account

   • AMP will refund any remaining balance to the original bank account used for deposits

   • You will need to share:

     • Bank name

     • Account holder’s name (must match the deceased)

     • Account number

     • Routing number (for U.S. wire transfers)
