What You Should Do

Don’t start a second application right away
If you already have a live account, or if AMP sees a prior application, it locks you out from creating another one. -
Request permission to proceed
You will need to email newaccounts@ampfutures.com to request permission. -
AMP Accounts Team Reviews Your Request
They will look into your situation and decide if they can let you submit an additional application. -
Wait for the Approval

If they approve it, you’ll be able to complete a whole new application.

If not, they may guide you to reactivate your existing account instead.
