MT5 Update (Live - Real Trading) - Commissions Removed

In order to reduce the number of Synchronizations between MT5 and CQG, we have removed the Commissions Charge settings from MT5. 

Since CQG does not calculate commissions per trade on their servers, every time the balance check between CQG and MT5 happens, it is showing a mis-mismatch (Commissions + trading PnL) charged in MT5 and CQG is just (Trading PnL), triggering a needed Synchronization.

By removing the Commissions Charge settings from MT5, it will be calculating Trading PnL only in MT5, just like CQG.

You will continue to see all Commissions and Trading Fees charged on your nightly AMP Statement.
