Have you filled out the Sierra Chart agreement? If not, please log in to your Sierra Chart account and submit the forms.
Also please confirm you are selecting Sierra Chart Futures order/data under data trade service settings.
I signed up for Sierra Chart/Denali but I’m only seeing 10 min delayed data.
