There are two reasons this may be happening.
1. There is no data for your CQG connection which is required to route orders. For example, you can allow the cheapest data option, which is top-of-book data only. You can log into your AMP client portal and click the Trade Desk-Live Trading Setup Requests to enable top-of-book data for the exchange you wish to allow.
2. You are currently looking at Tradingview continuous symbols instead of CQG symbols. Tradingview symbols usually will end with a "!" symbol. To view the proper abbreviations, you can view our margins page under the "CQG symbol" column. -https://www.ampfutures.com/trading-info/margins
