| A Rithmic Internet Service outage which began at 12:06 CDT, today June 6, 2018 is now fully resolved as of 15:21 CDT.
During this time some applications took longer to connect than normal, or would have failed over to redundant Rithmic Internet Service.
Rithmic Trader services in Rithmic Paper Trading and some other Simulator dedicated environments were unavailable for part of this time. This was remedied by 13:42 CDT in some environments, and for all environments by 14:21 CDT. Rithmic has implemented mechanisms to prevent such unavailability if a future such outage were to occur.
Rithmic is aware of some Third Party Front Ends which were unable to failover to the alternate Internet Services due to the use of deprecated configurations. In some cases this has been corrected by Third Party Front Ends through the release of an upgrade.
