Is there a way to receive tax documents in an alternative format?

AMP provides U.S. customers with substitute 1099-B tax forms in PDF format.

Currently, no other file formats are available.

For U.S. Customers:

To Download Your 1099-B Form:

1. Log into the AMP Client Portal:

   • Visit www.ampclientportal.com.
   • Enter your username and password.

2. Access Your Tax Documents:

   • Once logged in, click on "Document Center"
   • Select "Tax Documents" from the dropdown menu.

3. Download the 1099-B Form:

   • Find the tax document for the relevant year.
   • Click the download icon next to the document to save it to your device.
