CQG - Good til Cancel (GTC) Orders on CME Cancelled
If you had a GTC order placed on or before March 16, 2021 trade date (on CQG Data-feed) - it has been Cancelled on the CME. Your CQG platform is current, showing any current, existing working orders.
- If you had a GTC order cancelled and want to continue to work a GTC order, please login your trading platform and place a New GTC Order.
- If you did NOT have a GTC order placed on or before March 16, 2021 trade date (on CQG Data-feed) = you can Ignore this message.

Positions / Orders have been updated on CQG to be in sync with Exchange.
Everything is Current and Accurate on your trading platform.
CQG confirms positions/orders are processing as expected.
We have adjusted the Margins back to Normal Day Trade Margins.

Working orders have been updated on CQG to be in sync with Exchange.
If you see a working order on your platform, it is accurate.
You can continue to leave it as "working" or you can "cancel" it directly from your platform.
>> Open Positions are still out of sync. We will email you once fixed.
Please do NOT just close an Open Position showing on your platform > just because you see it. This could be closing an inaccurate position (because even though we have margins raised to 100% exchange...it would accept an order to CLOSE or liquidate this inaccurate position = create a NEW OPEN position on the Exchange.
We will continue to provide you updates as they develop.
- If you see Open Position on your trading platform, you CAN assume this was NOT affected CQG issue today and you can manage it as you desire.
We are continuing to maintain 100% Exchange margin requirements until fully resolved.
If you DID receive the below notice > that your account was affected by CQG issue today > please continue to with the same understanding. We will send you an update once positions get updated on CQG.
