For direct TT Platform Users, we have re-enabled CME order routing. CME Full Trading Access has been restored. You can now trade both CME and EUREX under normal conditions.
TT has pointed out that all TT Platform Users have Agreed to the following: Limitation of Liability in the TT User Agreement. So if you place any new trades, you are continuing to agree and accept with this Clause. If you do not agree, do not place any new orders.

Status Update: (Still Pending TT Review) - February 19, 2021
We have request a full review and confirmation of the TT environment before we re-enable CME exchange for trading. We have NOT received any updates from TT.
(CME Remains Disabled). We have disabled CME order routing. No new positions or orders on CME Exchange until full TT testing and confirmation.

TT Outage : CME Order Routing Issues
Status Update: (Completed)
We have completed the below actions:
- TT platform was updated to match the Statement Open Positions.
- After position was updated, All Open Positions were closed on TT and CME and All working orders canceled (including GTC orders)
- We have disabled CME order routing. No new positions or orders on CME Exchange until full TT testing and confirmation.

Here is the current status:
1) TT platforms are still showing inaccurate positions...please do NOT close any OPEN CME positions on your platform. See explanation #2
2) Your AMP Statement tonight will have your Accurate Position (if any OPEN). Today we went 1 by 1 thru all the accounts to confirm ACTUAL - REAL open positions with the CME and CLOSED Open Positions and Cancelled any working orders on the CME Exchange. This is why, your statement will be your source for Accurate Open Positions (if any). ***Important - this was a long holiday weekend...from the US Presidents Day Holiday. Tonight's statement will have all LIVE trades from Sunday February 14 - 5pm CST market open thru today's Tuesday February 16 - 4pm CME market close.
3) We will be working with TT to get the platforms updated to accurate positions, but as of now...please do NOT close any OPEN CME positions on your platform. They are most likely inaccurate...and if you close it, it will send an order to the Exchange that will actually be OPEN a new position. So, please for CME positions on the platform, please leave for us to update. We will send notice out once confirmed accurate.
4) We are leaving CME margins at 100% Exchange Maintenance margin until we provide notice that we are back to normal. We still need to get confirmation and confidence from TT that they have REALLY resolved their issue.
5) NO Issues reported with EUREX - so we are maintaining normal trading and margins for the EUREX exchange.

TT has confirmed - they published incorrect positions in the platform.
If you close an incorrect open position > it will OPEN a REAL open position.
