I downloaded Multicharts but I have no data?

First make sure you have valid CQG log in credentials by logging into the CQG website -https://my.cqg.com/signin

If you can not log in please contact our help desk -https://www.ampfutures.com/contact-us

Once confirmed within Multi-Charts go to File-New quote manager window

Within the Quote manager window go to Tools-Data Sources-CQG-Settings

Next make sure the server is set to "LIVE" and enter your CQG LIVE log in credentials click ok and shutdown the Quote Manager.

Now go back to the main Multi-Charts interface and select File-Broker profile-Manage Broker profile

Now select CQG-Edit and make sure your server is set to "LIVE" enter your CQG LIVE log in credentials click ok. Now fully shutdown Multicharts wait about 15-20 seconds and restart and you should be good to go.
