There are two reasons this may be happening.
1. You have no data enabled for your CQG connection which is required to route orders. For example, you can enable the cheapest data option, which would be top-of-book data only. You can log into your AMP client portal and click the Trade Desk-Live Trading Setup Requests to request to enable top-of-book data for the exchange you wish to enable.
2. You are currently looking at Tradingview symbols instead of CQG symbols. Tradingview symbols normally will end with a "!" symbol. To view the proper abbreviations, you can view our margins page under the "CQG symbol" column. -https://www.ampfutures.com/trading-info/margins
