When you initially link your bank account to PLAID when it says successful this simply means PLAID was able to identify a valid bank account that you chose to link to their system. However, the AMP Treasury department still needs to make sure the name on the bank account matches the exact name of your AMP account for final approval. So you will have to wait for the approval to occur before you can officially submit an ACH Deposit/withdrawal request. You will normally receive a text message or email once it is approved.
