Welcome Existing Customers to the NEW AMP Client Portal!!!!
Please follow these simple steps to log in.
1stStep- Click Forgot Password?
Your Starting Username is Your Email address you receive your AMP Statements.
You will be able to change your username once logged in to the NEW AMP Client Portal under your (Edit Profile Page). 1ststep is getting your login password delivered to Your Email address you receive your AMP Statements.
After you Submit > Check your Email. You would have received a Password Reset Link Email that looks like this:
Please click the link in this email to reset your AMP Client Portal Login Password
- Username is still Your Email address you receive your AMP Statements
- Password – Create your NEW password
- Confirm password – is repeating the NEW password you just created
After you “Reset” your new Password. You will receive an email confirmation email that looks like this:
You have now reset your login password.
- Currently, your Username is still Your Email address you receive your AMP Statements
- Password is the NEW one you just set.
Next Step– Login with Current Username and NEW Password:
Next Step– Setup Your two-factor Authentication (2FA)
This will be required for all your Logins to the AMP Client Portal going forward and you will receive SMS alerts/confirmation when any activity takes place on your account.
So please provide your permanent Mobile Phone Number.
After you Submit your Mobile Phone Number – you will receive an SMS/Text Message with Your AMP verification code. Like this:
Please enter this code and click “Confirm”
BRAVO!!!!!! You are now Logged in and your two-factor Authentication (2FA) is Set.
You will see the Home Page with your Approved AMP Account Info
You will see the main navigation menu on the left side.
We have made it very clean and simple. Should be very easy for you to get started.
We have also added Quick Videos - Getting Started on every page. Please expand the menu and click all the pages. You will see the Watch This Quick Video on the bottom right of each page.
Take your time and watch them all. You will very quickly become comfortable and know how to use all the pages in the NEW AMP Client portal.
